These 20-minute sessions are for input, advice or brainstorming, whenever* you need it. All “Golden Nugget” sessions are conducted by phone or video conference. 

ADDED VALUE: Four 30-minute "State of My Business" coaching sessions every 90 days.

*sessions must be scheduled and all previous work must be completed before scheduling again.

Package Includes~

Exclusive VIP Planning Experience: A half-day all about you.

We will roll up our sleeves and work on your plan together for an entire 4-hours. We look at everything in your business currently, and focus on 2-3 major objectives you have that you want to accomplish with your business.

We will set goals, action-steps, and strategies for you to meet your business objectives. There will also be some discovery, and written exercises.

Prior to the VIP day, I will review all organization processes, policies and marketing you already have in place. I will also review any other agreed documents prior to our day together and come prepared with input and recommendations. This will take an additional 6-8 hours on my behalf, and is included in the VIP Day.

The VIP Day also includes a comprehensive overview of everything discussed during our time together, along with a 90-day action plan for you to implement.

(3) Monthly Coaching Sessions (1 one-hour meeting/per month): This is where you perform the bulk of the work planned during our VIP Day. We will meet monthly for one hour to discuss where you are with all of your business goals and strategies established during our VIP Day. The weeks that we do not meet, is when the bulk of your work will be done. We meet via phone or video conferencing for updated, and follow-up. In person meetings can be arranged in advance.

(3) Twenty-Minute “Golden Nugget” Sessions: They are to be used for input, advice or brainstorming sessions anytime you need to use them. All “Golden nugget” sessions are to be conducted via phone, text or video conferencing.

ADDED VALUE:

Mission Accomplished Session (45 minute meeting): Re-cap of our time together over the 3-month period. Re-cap monthly sessions-were all goals accomplished if so outstanding, if not what needs to happen to achieve the goals if they are still important to you?

Discuss what will happen for you as a result of completing the coaching process. How will you take the revelations and continue to realize your dreams, and goals? How will you share your accomplishments with others? Discuss next steps.
